About the Event
According to the sutras, "Reciting the Buddha's name gains limitless merits; making a prostration to the Buddha eradicates endless unwholesome karma." The merit of reciting the Buddha's name is truly auspicious because it helps us realize our intrinstic Buddha nature, eradicate the karma of our defilements, and be reborn in the Western Pure Land. Our prayers will be for everyone's wellbeing, our progress on the path to Buddhahood, and for world peace.
